She is the author of 4 books and has guided retreats, workshops, and courses both in person and on the internet since 2011.
Charis believes in the power of community and connection with Nature. Her mission is to empower others through education and knowledge of how to maintain wellness throughout the stages of life.
She is also a Reiki Master Teacher and has been an ordained minister since 2003, officiating in weddings and non - denominational spiritual blessings across the nation.
